alright guys how's things with you all? we got a black lab pup a couple of months back, any of you got any idea's how to stop him lifting and chewing kitchen lino? i'm at the end of my tether repairing it sensible comments appreciated

My wee Staffie used to do that. I'm afraid that it's cruel to be kind time - every time she went to chew anything she shouldn't have I had to bawl at her like a madman, slap her back (not hard, just enough to know it's not a pat) and chuck her into her bed. Felt terrible doing it but it worked and she now behaves like an angel...... most of the time!
