Posted February 19, 200718 yr I have a 2001 Yamaha FZ1 and due to weather I have not started it for about 5 months. I have recharged my battery and trying to start the vehicle. But, the bike is not starting.. I heard a sound out of exhaust and stopped trying. Any ideas. -Phani
February 19, 200718 yr Drain your fuel tank and replace with fresh fuel. It goes stale after some time and you wont get it running if it wont ignite.
