Own a 2006 Yamaha Virago 600 want to know if drilling out the exhaust pipes will give me the added volume I want.

And if it is possible to do this

    You can drill them out and give the bike more sound but I don't think your exhausts will last very long afterwards. Better off getting a proper system.
