HI ,FOUND MY MANUAL i'll give you all the factory settings as stated in it.

FRONT SPRING PRE LOAD = 4 th.

FRONT REBOUND DAMPING = 4 OR 5.

FRONT COMPRESSION DAMPING = 7.

REAR SPRING PRE LOAD = 3.

REAR REBOUND DAMPING = 9 CLICKS OUT.

REAR COMPRESSION DAMPING = 10 CLICKS OUT
