Greetings. I hope someone out there can assist. Does anyone have the gear ratios for the YZF750R 6-speed transmission?

I actually have two YZF1000R engines, one with the standard 5-speed, the other with the 6-speed from the YZF750R.

While I'm looking for the ratios for all gears, the final gear (6th) is the most important as I am trying to calculate top speed when using different gearing combinations on the rear end, and without the gear ratio data I am stuck.

Thanks very much in advance for the assist.

John

Here's a piece of thread necromancy...

So, to add to this thread, I have a different question:

1/ Is the 750s 6 speed gearing strong enough to handle the 1000r?

2/ Bearing in mind that the above numbers supplied by Alex mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to me, how does the 6 speed box compare to the 5 in the lower gears? Does it gain or lose acceleration (because let's face it, acceleration is what the Ace is all about!)?
