Hi--

On my Yamaha Virago, the steering lock is engaged by turning the handlebars fully to the right, after which, of course, you can't turn them back. My question is-- I was taught to always park the bike with the handlebars cranked -left- for maximum stability. Any opinions on whether the stability is compromised by using the steering lock?

thx

Knowing that Virago's have a pretty low center of gravity.....

I highly doubt the stability will be compromised by using the steering lock or NOT ;)
