Gipp Posted September 20, 2006 Share Posted September 20, 2006 I'm trying to get back in the bike world. I bought a fixer. it's a '78 750 special, runs good but no first gear. Would it be easier to change out the gear or the transmision? It looks like the engine and transmision is all one peice is this true? Any help would be thankfull.
