Mind you, the title states "motorcycles" yet its only one!

As with evrything there's never enough information to grasp what's going on. Is it about lane filtering? or are they after that particular person?

 

Ahhh right, just clicked on the "comments" below and up came the original on Reddit, it would appear to be NYPD pulling over filtering bikes as its not legal there. ....bit bizarre that!

Box was collapsed for me. I got it to work eventually.
Strangely, considering how many bikes there are in the US, I believe it's only California that allows filtering...

There's a couple of other bikes which have been pulled over at the beginning on the video, bottom of the frame.

The US is a crazy patch work of filtering/lane splitting regulations. The ironic thing is there's been quite a few large research pieces come out of the USA such as the HURT report and the SafeTREC research which proved that lane filtering in slow/stationary traffic is safer and reduces congestion.
