Posted April 4, 20223 yr Hi all, new to the club. I've been given a 1967(ish) U5E 50cc stepthrough, I have all the original registration paperwork, even it's last mot (1975). I've tried to reregister it with the DVLA but they are unable to do it as they have no record of the bike in their database and they have told me I need pre 1983 documentary evidence linking the chassis number to the bike. Has anyone any idea as to how to obtain this. TIA Alan
