Posted May 20, 20213 yr Apologies in advance if this subject has been covered before/recently but i missed it. This summer I will be building up 2 bikes with frames that came from outside the country, 1 is an XVS125 Dragstar (frame came from northern Ireland with no V5 & plate) the other is an XVS400 Dragstar (frame from Europe on NOVA) What I require is any links/guidance in doing the registration process. May 20, 20213 yr Moderator The first thing I'd want to know is whether the NI one with no V5 is stolen or not... You might want to check the VIN.

May 26, 20213 yr Ok, you"l need a dating cert , from VJMC, Or Air cooled RD forum, then M.o,t And insurance cover , on the Frame number ,, fill in the V55 form,, send it off to DVLA,
