Titchness
Hi, Currently restoring my dad's old fz600 1988. But coming up short for a few parts. Online Yamaha NOS suppliers don't always have everything for this model. Are their any hidden away gems of parts suppliers and collectors out there? Moderator Cynic Posted March 30, 2021 Moderator Share Posted March 30, 2021 Fowlers is the usual glory hole for rarer spares. Don't forget Facebook. Get onto the bigger model specific groups and you can get a lot of specialist knowledge and parts. You just have to wade through the Google experts and (probably non bike owner) rivet couners first. Moderator drewpy Posted March 30, 2021 Moderator Share Posted March 30, 2021 ypvs stuff fit too and there's plenty of spares being remade. Just got to look at the part and check. I converted my shock to R6 and used YVPS wish bones to raise the height. Xj600 stuff will fit along with FZR400 the 600 was based on (not the alloy framed ones)
