Hello people .  I got this LC in a box about 20 yrs ago .  just got the engine finished and the refurb'd oil pump on . Shout out to a few of you on here for bits and pieces collected over the years . Here goes,

Mid eighties when I was about to shell out for my then new XJ-650 my neighbour had one, all singing, all dancing with the high viz orange Marlboro branded fairing.  It was looking the muts' dangelies and I was infatuated with the thing.

Fortunately common sense prevailed and probably the reason I'm still  alive today 😏

Nice one Finn !!  She'd a lot of oil premixed in as that was literally the first start and I'd just primed the oil pump . I'm hoping she sounds even crisper when I  adjust the mix screws etc .
