BrewTrooper Posted July 13, 2006 Posted July 13, 2006 I trying to get my 1981 XS400 on the road and I just cleaned the tank and petcock. When I reattached it, gas leaked from where the petcock attaches to the tank. I assume that the o-ring needs to be replaced and I ordered a new one; however, I wondered if anyone uses any kind of sealant, silicone or oil on the o-ring to help with the seal. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks, BrewTrooper
