Ive recently had trouble with the charging system on my 03 yamaha yzf r6. The battery is not charging at all while my bike is running therefore it just dies after a little bit. I was wondering if anyone has the same bike and could take a picture of the wiring layout for theirs. i know for sure it plugs into the stator connector, but i dont know what plugs in the other two prongs. a video or picture would be amazing, any help would be great though. My guess is the pair of wires you mention should run up to the battery. Stator connection is usually 3 wires (high voltage) then 2 for the battery.
