BiffenLad
Morning guys just got hold of a 77 rs100 and trying to get it running. Is a non runner at the mo and needs various things doing. One issue at the mo is with the clutch pushrod. I can't get correct adjustment on it I've removed the pushrod and found no ball bearing so ive fitted that and now I can turn the adjuster so it just touches the end of the rod but it goes so far into the case I can't put the lock nut on ! Iam thinking the previous owner has fitted the incorrect length push rod in it? Anyone know the correct length for a 77 rs100? Anything else I might have missed? blackhat250
Your on the right track,, what you need is a parts manual, to see if the rod is cross reference with other models , ie-= DT125/175 etc.. CMSL, parts europe may have them, search the site, https://www.cmsnl.com/yamaha-rs100-1976-usa_model8571/partslist/#.W-2_E-j7RqM
