Posted June 30, 200619 yr i am trying to fix the jetting on a 97 royal star from the previos owner. it has aftermarket pipes and seems to have been rejetted but runs to rich. it would help a lot if i know what speed the bike tops out at in 1st gear. i'm not sure if it is hitting the rev limiter or is just nosing over from being to rich. any help would be great.
