SR125 running rich

Hi, I have a 2002 SR125 that's seems to be running rich. The spark plug is black and sooty, and if I blip the throttle quickly it dies. I have cleaned the carb, replaced the spark plug and air filter but no improvement. It ticks over fine, but if the choke is on it revs high. 

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Configure browser push notifications
