working from memory the shim will allow the swing arm to be totally free from binding when the swing arm pivot is torqued up to spec, you have to remove the damper and wheel and have the bike supported to test that, then just left and release the swing arm and it should move freely

HELP.  Trying to locate a Pivot bolt - Google has let me down.  Anyone know a supplier?

Is this where the shock attaches too at the top of swingarm or the bolt that connects the swingarm to the frame?

As Airhead says it's the bottom one.

12mm dia, approx 200mm long (excluding head), approx 16mm of thread.

The one which connects to the bottom of the shocker on mine is just a clevis pin with a split pin stopping it from coming out (in addition to the tight fit).

The guy had 3 left when I rebuilt my 175mx. Let me see if I can find him. Brb

Sorry none left from my seller in 2014

The part number you need is 2N4-22141-00 and is common to over 323 machines. Just a case of looking for one for another model

i think you have to log in to see the full list.

this also gives a list of other bikes it fits

hope this helps.
