DT 125 year/model identification 9 digit vin

Hi guys, I've got a DT 125 I think somewhere around 1990 but can't be sure. The vin on the engine and frame differ in the 3 last digits. Does this mean a previous owner replaced the frame or engine? The frame reads 3TT-083### and engine reads 3TT-083### I can't seem to find any model chard that includes 3TT so if anyone could give me an exact model and year that would be amazing!

Cynic:- You don't want full frame/engine numbers in open forum, only need the prefixes with maybe the first couple of numbers. :thumb:
