burton500 Posted February 25, 2018 Posted February 25, 2018 I’ve got a project bike and I need to remove the blind needle roller bearing inside the left hand crankcase. It’s the one the gearbox layshaft sits in. I don’t have a puller but has anyone managed to get the bearing out by any other means? Cheers Lee
Moderator drewpy Posted February 25, 2018 Moderator Posted February 25, 2018 yep, use an eye anchor bolt and a bit of heat around the casing. Then use a slide hammer did it on my old Gilera
blackhat250 Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 Are you shure you want to repace that bearing, they run in oil , very little wear, , and are near impossible to find, or have you soarsed one, 1
