Posted July 30, 20177 yr new member from scotland, trying to help a mate out build a project bike he bought not long ago. done abit with cars over the years but never road bikes. i know how helpfull owners forums can be for cars, had a google and found this forum. looks a good un, hopefully i can contribute in time

July 31, 20177 yr Author its an old xj 650, someone started and gave up. powder coated the the frame, refitted engine, wheels etc but failed to wire it up. id like to try wire it basic as possible, just to see if it will fire up then take it from there. wiring was never my best skill lol. it looks like the previous owner has tried and gave up.
