6v to 12v conversion

is it possible to convert my rsx100 from 6v to 12v i realise i need to swap bulbs battery relays do i need to change the wirng loom

Or should i not bother.

i only want to do it because the head and tail lights are piss poor is there anything i can do other than convert i was thinking of ultra high intensity LEDs on the tail which will run on 6v but dont know what to do about the front head light

any help would be appriciated
