Just wanted to give a big thanks to the firm in Northampton that made my spacers.

Fitted perfectly with my apalling draftmanship and didnt charge for fixing my 7mm cock up.

Stephil (pronounced stefil) Engineering.

Dunster street.

Northampton

Old skool turners. Costs around £20/h plus material for any one off parts.

4 one off top hat spacers and some minor remachining of my sprocket carrier cost me 35quid.

Real nice pair of blokes in a tiny unit that could talk the balls of a brass elephant.

Reccomended.

Just love to hear of these "old school/family run mechanics"

There are genuine people like that about and I'm sure most towns have them.

And as you have done give credit where credit's due.

We need to support the small industries going. Or they will die out
