Some time ago I brought some saddle bags for my bike, unfortunately I cocked up the order and forgot to include the support bars in the order. The only place I could find them in stock was bill smith and the 5-6 days delivery they quoted was fine. I waited and nothing, I emailed them and nothing, 8 days went by and nothing, finally today I got an email to say my order has been shipped. WTF how can it take 8 days to pick an item off the shelf and stick it in the post. FKW if I'll get these before I go away. I've done a lot of online shopping and this is the slowest delivery by far. Rant over
