Hi I have a Yamaha DTR 125 06, it runs well but when starting from cold it takes ages to fire. It's electric start so it's just turning over and over for ages until it fires and then starts. When hot it then starts a lot better. Any suggestions?

Does it have a manual or electric choke? Will be your choke

Yeah manual choke but it still doesn't fire with the choke on. Doesn't seem like the choke makes much difference.

So check the choke.

When its warm and ticking over pull the choke. It should stall out.
