Hi my Yamaha Tdr250 is sitting at 2000 rpm for about 30 secs before it drops back down to normal tick over .

Any idea why ?

( recently completely refurbed the carbs with new jets , floats etc.)

    Not good, do the revs drop quickly enough otherwise.

    Are the carbs properly balanced. Start easy and work up.
