I'm Greg I have recently purchased a Tdr125 1993 with delta box frame and thought I would sign up to the forum to share the build project.

I intend to do a few minor mods Including

Trail tech vapour, usd forks,17inch front wheel, better brakes.

 

For the moment though it seems she has never had any of the oil seals replaced and that will be my first thing to do.

 

I've ordered a mitaka piston from PJME with little end bearing and a powervalve service kit, as again the original seals were shot..

This evening I've had the end can off and found the was no wadding/packing in there what so ever,

I think I will order dep pipes packing (not the loose stuff) and get that replace but for the moment whilst it's off I've given it a clean and a hand Polish, check out the results
