fishermanferg Posted January 14, 2017 Share Posted January 14, 2017 hi I always pull the clutch in when I start the bike ,now when I let the clutch out its making a kind of a rattling noise ,its not really loud ,I had the csame sort of noise on an old cm 400 Honda I had and it ran fine is this maybe normal as the bike has not been run for a while because of the weather Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
slice Posted January 14, 2017 Share Posted January 14, 2017 Probably just a worn clutch basket, the tabs wear on them all and you should only notice it at low revs, not really a fix for it just learn to live with it or change the clutch basket but that's only if it get's really annoying, bike should run fine to be honest and I have had loads of bikes that rattled to some degree on another.
