Posted May 30, 200618 yr Got a luvly 99 R1. ohlins fork kit and shock. bloody marvellous she is ! BUT been jumping out of 2nd gear occasionally. now it's jumped out forever ! heard that you can buy an undercut 2nd gear cog to solve problem. BUT WHERE ? any ideas ?
