Posted July 10, 20168 yr Hi, I've recently swapped out my original R6 2000 forks for a set of R1 USD's. Having bought a new set of clip ons, it became clear that I needed to fit these like the original R6, NOT R1 which went under the top yoke. The new clip ons are 40mm high (as in the actual clip around the fork), that's 10mm more than originals so I cant have the top yoke 30mm off the top of forks (which I believe is the standard/original setting). My question is, has anyone else done this conversion and if so, what clip ons did you use? Presumably they fitted flush with top of forks so that the yoke sat in original position?? Thanks in advance
