Posted June 23, 20168 yr My son rides an Aerox 50yq. We keep going through headlight bulbs and it has been suggested that we have a fault lighting resistor. I cannot seem to find this part anywhere to purchase? I am wondering if I buy a complete headlight kit will this come with a new resistor or will I have the same problem with the new headlight set?
June 23, 20168 yr Author No, went into a local KTM bike shop who are so busy in their workshop, they just suggested the lighting resistor is the fault but have trawled through pedparts and there doesn't seem to be a lighting resistor??
June 24, 20168 yr Check the bulb circuit for a bad earth , vibration (dodgy bulb holder ) can also blow bulbs .
