Yamaha xt 125 r 2010 with no speedo!

Hi all,new biker! Rescued a friends bike,needs a lot of t.l.c. Most things I will attempt myself e.g rear master cylinder but the missing speedo may prove a problem.Are they easy to come by and install?

Seems a nice bike but don't want to spend too much all at once.
