Im selling my bike in a few weeks so want to get that bit covered n looking half decent at least. Can i buy numerous different bits to cover it up e.g straight bits and corner bit or should i buy the full thing again and change the entire exhaust( rather not do that)

Or you could tell any prospective buyer that it's missing and allow him/her a few quid off the asking price . Careful you don't melt your boots/leg off that exhaust .
