Hi guys im currently builing an old 1988 dtr 125 barn find and was wondering if wheels from an xt 125 would fit my bike 

You could probably make them fit . Maybe easier to fit a whole front end from the headstock .

They look the same in the picture as mine might take the risk and buy them worse case i could sell them on just wondered if any one had experience with fitting these wheels on a dtr dont really wanna replace the front end 

don't know the differences but I know the DTR has an old fashioned mechanically driven speedo, question is...what does the XT have?
