So bikes working and I'm free Sundays so nothing better than either riding of cleaning my bike, but I'm looking for the  best way to clean her, I don't have access to hose so looking for a spray on cleaner that doesn't need rinsed off ,

Any recommendations on a cleaner or tips and techniques

Muc-off is great but you will need to rinse it off. A bucket and sponge will be required but you don't need a hose!

Yep Muc-off spray bottle and a bucket of water is all you really need. Costs about 6quid for a bottle and 10 minutes to get the shit off of your bike.

Our local Poundland sometimes has Muc-off in, I always grab a few bottles when they do.
