Having problems starting my 1991 dt 200 when its cold, Good spark, and fule, any ideas?

first thought is the fuel enrichment cct (choke) not working, not familiar with the bike , perhaps there's a fuel lift tube in the float bowl? perhaps theres a small orifice at the bottom of the tube, perhaps the small orifice is blocked, perhaps the crank seals are failing..all guess work really
