May 5, 20169 yr how many miles has your piston done? your rings could be a little worn so your not getting the extra compression you need for it to start easier... the wiring diagram is easily available on google images bud... but where you've said you want to get the lights going AGAIN.... what do you mean again? have they failed at some point? or did you/previous owner just remove them?
