Hi so I've stripped the frame, swing arm etc cut off unwanted brackets, weld on a new section for the seat, made a seat Base, mounting brackets for the new alloy mudguards, turned up some new stainless piston for the brakes, made a fork brace, and turned up some new stubs for the new mikuni carbs im fitting.

Also I have removed the starter motor to save weight, turned up a bung to blank off the hole.

Will add more later
