Posted January 18, 20169 yr Hello. I recently purchased a second hand Yamaha DT 50 R. I was told the year was 2009 but later found out it was much older. I'm still not sure what year the bike is as there seems to not be much info online. I would like to get an owners manual so I can start working on the bike but I don't even have that. Could someone help me identify the bike? Where would I be able to get spare parts? any useful sites where I could find info? Any information would be greatly appreciated as at the moment, I am completely lost. Thank You!

Hi! thanks for your reply, the VIN number? I tried that but didn´t seem to find a year on it.. Here is the number: *VG55BK00000302576* Can´t seem to find much information about it at all!

You can search for certain parts using the prefix of the VIN number to be sure
