YQ100 Aerox

My daughter has an Aerox 100 which she has had from new for 5 years. What is the standard setting for the needle and the mixture screw please as I have been able to acheive a fine balance? The bike either bogs on take off then goes like a rocket with the mixture screw set to give smoothest running on tick over or ticks over less smoothly doesn't bog as much nor pull as well with the mixture screw almost in. Would like to know the recommendations for setting up.
