puffnut
Hi everyone Just bought myself a Yamaha xj600 Pre diversion for £400, been sitting for 2 years but everything seems to work well. Going to give it a service and see if I can get an MOT on it. It needs a new seat, and its also got a dent in the fuel tank, anyone have any ideas of how to get a dent like this out? I saw on you tube someone got a pump up blood pressure monitor and put it in the tank, pumped it up and popped it out! DutchFJ1200
Nice bike, welcome. Maybe an old wives tale but looooong time ago I heard something like, fill it with uncooked peas ........ you heard me right :-) and fill it with water. Peas swell up and push dent out. Could have completely wrong end of stick ...... in which case, carry on Google & Youtube are your friends.
