Hi, wonder if anyone can help, just looking at buying a dt125r, I've seen an f reg for sale, the guy says it was very reliable but then blew a coil pack, he fitted another one then after 2 mths it blew again, does anyone know what would cause this & if it would be expensive to fix, is this common etc, many thanks.

    Over charging, check the regulator rectifier.

    You think ? It is running as he's got another one on, not sure if it's guna cost a fortune trying to rectify the problem.
