Hi all

Well with help from various members (Thank you all ), I have done a few things will start with the good .

Removing reed switch and taping it up ( Good ) fitting 220 jet in Mikuni TM 28 carb ( good ),cleaning out Exhaust (decoke) good, adjusting needle in carb (good).

The bad removing snorkle, made the bike overheat also a pig to start refitted starts first time now and ticks over a lot better. Fitting 240 jet in carb bike had no bottom end so fitted 220 jet much better.

Have not gutted exhaust to remove plate as if required would rather get new exhaust jury still out on that one.will fit a iriduim spark plug soon as can get one on island ( apparently adds 2/3 hp ) and bike runs even better.

Attached is pic of Bike you will notice it has a Kawasaki KH 125 tail pipe bike came with it.
