Morning

I recently purchased a Yamaha XC 125 TR Cygnus 2010 and noticed in the manual which came with it that it recommend that I use yamalube. I decided to have a look on-line and noticed that they offered both a fully and semi synthetic oil and I am not sure which one I should go for. I was wondering if anyone would be be able to help me

Regards

Glen Roberts

Hi Glen, 10/40 semi synthetic. Don't buy the cheapest stuff good oil really does make a difference. You don't have to buy Yamalube either any good named oil will fit the bill.

1-4T means it's for a four stroke engine, Castrol is a good oil. look up oilman on here, he works for OPIE oils and usually does a good deal on price and delivery. Just make sure you ALWAYS buy motorcycle oil never buy or use car oil as the additives in it will f**k you clutch plates up.
