Made In Metal in Stafford and some American builder (which did really well) the MIM one was a total knob, he had a spotless BSA DBD34 Goldie and cut it up to make the worst looking bobber in the world. the owner lives in Lymm so I'm going to hunt him down and shit in his garden. I can't even find a picture, it's that bad
