Ok I've changed the battery on Yamaha ybr 125 n it still won't run I've checked spark plugs but noticed a red wire coming from ignition towards battery not sure where it goes

Im taking a guess that the red wire hanging by the negative battery terminal should be connected to the positive terminal on the battery, but it looks like its been ripped/pulled off and may not now be long enough.

Was the bike running before you swapped batteries?

none of those wires are standard and looks like they've bypassed the fuse box!

you need a multimeter and check what's live, and if there are any continuity on the bare wires

so it has not been used for many months. What battery maintenance was done during this time...is there any life left in the battery? what voltage is it showing?

Ok " so its fuel then ,,,whats the carb like,,,and is there fresh fuel in tank,

tip a teaspoon or so of petrol into the cylinder, try again with choke on and only a little throttle opening, its encouraging that you have a good spark
