slice Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 No Foams, at first they were something like X4 then X8 then X16 and so on up till you now have X52, before that the machines/CD ROM drives could not read the data fast enough to warrant any faster speeds, same with dial up speeds as well, you could buy a lowly 8 bit then it moved on to faster and faster (relative) speeds until the arrival of broadband which again was nothing near what we get now.
