January 24, 201510 yr If you ever do strip the thread on the sump , a cork from a sherry bottle or similar can keep you rolling until you can fix it properly .

January 24, 201510 yr looks like something else to leak, never stripped a sump plug there always well lubricated are't they. Drew you must spend hours just trying to find something to buy how many sump plugs have you ever stripped ?
