Hello everybody! I'm from Ukraine and my English is so bad.

I'm repair USSR motorbikes and now repair TDM 850 1st generation. This bike have a problem. Right cylinder shoot flame to carbs and exhaust. Syncronization carbs don't give any result. Cylinder head after repair. Electric parts work normally. Please, help me anybody! May be cylinder head need to adjust?

If you have flames in the carb check the valve timing, it might be a broken valve or just need adjusting.

could be a valve timing issue, ignition timing or carb is too rich causing the unburned fuel to ignite

have you checked the compression reading on both sides to make sure they are the same incase it has burnt a valve out?
