January 13, 201510 yr depends what bike its for. some bikes like them, some hate them? they generally flow more air but can upset fuel ratio because of that...
January 13, 201510 yr I have an K&N filter on my bike and i`m very happy with it. is worth the money, an genuine filter is 24 pounds and the K&N is 44 pounds. the diference is, the genuine is paper, and should be changed after 12.000 miles if i`m not wrong, the K&N need to be washed at 50.000 miles and you can use it again. just be aware to not put to much oil on the filter before fitting, use half of the plastic bag you got with the filter and be sure you oil the entire surface.
